Pros
The pay (if you advocate for yourself), The Guild Program and other benefits.
Cons
Constantly making more and more restrictions that make doing the job more difficult. Will oftentimes have conflicting directives which will leave an employee stuck between a rock and a hard place. I had a previous boss within my district who didn't like me and would always overlook promoting me while giving me the "It'll be your turn soon" line. In turn I looked for advancement outside of my district and got the promotion within 2 months. My new boss was great and really liked my work ethic/style. After about a month and a half there was a district merge and my old boss became my new boss and I found myself fired for being caught between a rock and a hard place while trying to do y job to the best of my ability.
