Pros

Reliable company that is well established. Locations all over has made moving stores easy. Get to work with lots of people.

Cons

Raises are not that great even for top performers. Seems easier to leave company and apply for higher position than promote within. Everyone has several leaders to please.

Pros

I think that the title is enjoyable and satisfying and has many opportunities for moving higher into management.

Cons

Hours include weekends and late nights at times. This makes weekend plans close to impossible.
