Pros

Target has great benefits and compensation packages, especially when you reach the higher levels. They also have great benefits to help team members gong through hard times.

Cons

Over the past two years the company has done away with a lot of what made it stand out, community events, work life balance and employee recognition and ability to grow.

Pros

Excellent part-time wages, Management was always helpful and they actually cared about their workers, even without a union to cover employees.

Cons

No real negative to report. Unlike some of the other reviews, I think I just really got lucky with the people who I worked for. Every job is about managing personality conflicts.
