Pros

Got to wear my own clothes instead of the ridiculous red and khaki "uniform."

Cons

Everything about working there sucked. Management are greedy penny-pinchers concerned only with their annual bonuses. They don't pay a living wage, especially in areas like D.C./Northern Virginia. They are racist and racially profile people of color as shoplifters. APS positions save the company thousands of dollars in theft prevention, and they don't even give you benefits. It's a joke of a position.

Pros

Decent pay, good experience, always busy, decent high risk bonus, great for new college grads, great technology with an awesome camera system.

Cons

No work life balance if you're in a red store. If you're in AP expect to work 60-70 hour work weeks, if not more, doing something completely out of your work center. Very political when it comes to getting promoted. AP is like the step child work center that no one cares about anymore.
