Pros

Incredible employment opportunities all over the board- different positions, different locations, different ladders of success to climb. The possibilities are endless. It is a fun place to work and your teams are generally full of really wonderful people who are all excellent at what they do. The environment fosters success.

Cons

LOTS of long hours (as a salaried employee). Varying schedules.

Pros

Work & life balance Clean Friendly There is a lot of micro managing, so if you like that you'll love Target

Cons

Making payroll is rough Store climate (temperature) is never right. There is never enough equipment at any store regardless of volume.
