Pros

My time working here the environment was cool, mild and peaceful

Cons

Working as the APS, the directives given to abide by and perform isn’t ideal in the real world. Very lack luster and too high expectations with not realistic outcomes. The company claim there isn’t a “quota” to make apprehensions or stop thieves; but had an expectation of catching 1 person per day. Also the type of merchandise recovered played a huge role. Some items didn’t meet the metrics and wouldn’t be looked as “a good recovery”.
