Will happily give you time off so they don’t have to pay you.

Cons

Management is the biggest issue, employees are treated like useless children, company is going back to ideas of what started there downward spiral. Managers screw over employees to save their own butt

- Hard ingrained company values with little practice of them. - Frequently preached but non existent work life balance ethos - Hideous lack of diversity and inclusion for a large company - Most senior managers have never worked in other companies so have no understanding of best practice or general understanding of retail industry - Little to no interest or practice of career progression, training/development is completely self-driven with no support - Many innovations to their credit with significant failures when implemented which is disappointing

some amazing people and its a good place to learn the good and the bad about working in a large company.

Cons

Target needs to learn to value its staff and resource them properly and fix its culture. There a culture of bullying and its being over looked by those who should be dealing with it. There very much a mind set of them and us in regards to buying team verses design and its not healthy.
