Pros

Going to Hong Kong and then finally leaving the business

Cons

Long hours 12-14 hours a day 6 days a week. Area Managers and state managers not listening to what it’s like in stores. HR all friends and do what they want not professional at all.

Pros

Used to be close to home and actually a great place to work.

Cons

Move to Melbourne, too far to travel and no compensation. New processes happening all the time, very frustrating and hard to keep up as you get used to one and have to change. No recognition or reward for hard work or helping others. Just a number. Got sick of picking up the ball for others and the "working from home" farce. Unequal treatment of personnel in same job and wages for same role. Continuously got excellent feedback at yearly reports, got promised many promotions but never happened. Liars just bring the business down.
