Regional office so has a family feel with many locals having worked there for many years and other members of their family etc

Cons

Hubris of leadership team, and a fragmented distrustful workforce. Poorly located head office

Nice casual staff members. Hard working team at times. Good that plastic bags are going. WorkJam app is great

Cons

Management is often biased towards select staff members. Some displays don’t keep up with current tends thus is dull to customers. Assistant checkouts aren’t the best
