      A good supportive team environment. Many of my coworkers have become lifelong friends. They also provide exceptional training and experience!

      Cons

      Shifts are determined by budgeting restraints so often when it's quiet you can be left without shifts.

      Target's great when everyone works 100%, easy tasks, good after school job, transfer from town to town,

      Cons

      Lack of respect and EQUAL DIVERSITY. Forces you staying back even if you say no, never hiring enough staff, below minimum wage, if you work overtime/ start early you don't get paid for it, broke company, dealing with police from people stealing, unpaid lunch break (as a casual), never asks if you want to go on the paid 10 minute break. Weekend rate only includes Sundays. Target mainly employee casuals as they are cheaper. 5% off discount card ($10 - discount = $9.50 -.-)
