Pros

- Respectful and flexible of other personal commitments (mostly if you give notice) - Perfect as an entry level job for students - Pay on par or slightly better than similar jobs - Will meet many interesting people (co-workers/customers)

Cons

- Limited working hours currently, company is in a difficult transition stage - Store management can often pass the blame for mistakes onto the lowest tier workers instead of accepting accountability themselves - Retail (or any customer-service industry) can be frustrating and there will be days where you want to quit

Pros

Friendly team, and a very flexible timetable which suits really well with my needs as I am a student.

Cons

The pay is not the best and the hours can drag a lot sometimes, and interactions with some customers can be very stressful.
