Pros
A well organised store with managers that are professional and non-patrionising. They were often quite good at teaching me to do new tasks. Felt far more cared about as an employee than other similar retail stores I have worked at.
Cons
Hard to get many hours as a casual I would see many new employees not receive adequate training Poor opportunities for casual and part-time staff Poor staff discount
