Pros
There are lots of different roles you can do - registers, lay-by, putting out new stock, tidying departments, returns, fitting rooms etc. You get to both work independently and as part of a team. Had opportunities to help out at other Target stores. The managers I had were all really good and appreciative.
Cons
The staff discounts could be better.
