You get a paycheck every 2 weeks even if its small, min wage for max work.
Cons
Trucks are a literal death trap that ignore osha and health departments. Targets literally is poisoning ppl and management doesnt care, corporate constantly changes rules making it harder while having less people, theyre so gungho on trying to fix the company there trying anything and everything to do it, innovation is not progess. They fix problems that arent a problem then you the guy who makes min wage working for a multi billion dollar company have to deal with corporates nonsense(its actually nonsense, what retail company backstocks before putting new things on the shelf?) Not to mention the buildings are so dirty and dusty the second you walk in its a sinus headach, water fountains all have mold on them too. DO NOT WORK FOR TARGET! I quit and make enough to get by and im infinitely happier and healthier than target.
