Pros

Coworkers are generally good, job itself is mostly rewarding

Cons

Hours are always an issue, some team leads don’t know how to lead, insane workload for the amount of hours, schedule you for four hours and ask you to stay late every day (especially Q1), response to covid was not as good as it could have been

Pros

$15/hr. Somewhat easy to pick up shifts from other team members outside of Inbound team. Most team members are really good people

Cons

In order to up the minimum wage, they've essentially cut the workforce to the bare minimum and doubled/tripled the workload. Executive team leads cut storewide hours while overloading their teams to still get all the work done ( in order to get a bonus from Corporate for saving them money).
