Pros

Excellent team leaders for the Inbound shift Inbound shift is great for those who do not feel like dealing with customers constantly

Cons

Inbound shift is usually from 4-10 am, but can also be from 10 pm-6 am so the work-life balance can be difficult. Training for a specific job can be lacking at times, this can be seen in the massive difference in capability between different employees
