Cut hours after peak times without warning from 40 to less than 20 Broken systems that look good on paper, but never work in practice Broken equipment Constantly asks you to do the impossible Asking for direction from management usually results in "I don't know you figure it out" Expected to lift team lift objects alone and constantly working on tasks that are hard on the body Impossible to list all problems you encounter in a day because no one seems to care about anything anymore Will schedule you close one night and open the next without warning if you don't say something and won't start you consistent hours if you don't fight for it
