Pros

I met cool co-workers during my stint there.

Cons

Management would basically say "good job" to employees during the meeting after the lunch break, but it largely meant nothing. Largely no hope of advancement unless you were in good with the managers it seemed. Over night crew frequently overworked and pressured into staying longer dispite issues that had nothing to do with their performance. Pay is close to nil.

Pros

Friendly staff, good people to work with, not mentally draining. It is a secure job, and pretty lenient with certain aspects.

Cons

Often hires not very competent individuals, not enough hours, not enough pay. It is an easy job to do, but can become frustrating when there aren't enough people staffed, people cannot learn how to do their job properly, or when team members are scolded for situations that are the company's fault, and not the individuals.
