Pros

Pay is fair for the job position

Cons

Schedule is never the same other than management. Everyone is not treated equal. Have to work every weekend.Time off request are not honored. Management never last long so every few months ETL leave .Reviews are done to control pay rather than your work performance.

Pros

Not working with people, and overnight shifts (if that's what you're looking for). Daily meetings to discuss goals and upcoming goals of the "team".

Cons

Management expects far too much of employees. Entry level workers are treated as children. Hourly compensation for an OVERNIGHT manual labor position is far lower than it should be.

Pros

Better than what I've heard of similar employers in the retail environment. Meals have been brought in for employees almost every week during the holidays and it seems to help morale.

Cons

Have to pretty far up the food chain to make much money. Sometimes there is a little more pressure than necessary on being fast, fast, fast. Schedules are sometimes approximations. Some days they want you to stay late, others they're pushing employees out the door early to save a little bit on payroll, so it can be difficult to plan.
