Bad Scheduling Practices

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Self-paced work environment offers flexibility in task completion.

Cons

The schedule is ostensibly "set" 4 weeks out, making it extremely difficult to request time off, as it typically has to be over a month in advance. However, management feels free to modify the "set" schedule up until the very same day you're expected to be there. Abysmally unprofessional.
