Pros

Overall easy job folding clothes

Cons

They overwork you and give you terrible hours. They would schedule me all by myself to clean, stock, and help customers in all of style (all clothing sections) as well as give me fitting room keys (you cannot leave the fitting room if a guest is in there which puts you further behind in your work), and give me keys to electronics (I was never trained in electronics and once again, it took away from the job I was expected to do). Then on top of all that, they constantly would expect everyone from all sections to become cashiers when there were lines rather than hiring more people. I was hired for MEN’S clothing. Not all of the clothing departments, fitting room, electronics, and cashier…not to mention the managers who would call me over the walkie to go fold towels, fulfill online orders, etc. Absolutely ridiculous for minimum wage.
