Most of my coworkers are the only reason why I stay.
Cons
*Incredibly high turnover rate but never for the worst management I have worked under. *Management is retaliatory for a variety of reasons which has created a culture where the employees refuse to report misconduct because they know that at best, nothing will happen. *Unreasonable workload for a skeleton crew to finish for too little pay. I understand helping each other out but when a majority of the store is forced to assist fulfillment and the front end all the time, you can't be mad that their workload isn't getting completed. That and the fact that this rollover causes storewide problems further down the line which impacts everyone. *Honestly, there is too much and I don't have the patience and the time to write it all out.
