Pros

-helped me become more comfortable with the phone -good pay

Cons

-They worked me as many hours as they could (36-38) -Very hard to get breaks because nobody wants the phone, this includes bathroom breaks

Pros

Coworkers are nice and some LODs will try to help you if you show them you want to work

Cons

Constantly understaffed and expected to run around doing everything. One person should not be running four departments and answering the phone while also preventing theft in the fitting room.

Cons

Low pay to start. No benefits until after a years employment. Employee schedules are subject to change.
