-Target has rules and policies in place to protect employees and associates -401k match up to 5% -Health Care -Snacks and awards given to team every month

Cons

-Pushed workers to breaking limit -Pay was not worth the amount labor they were asking -Retaliation from management when expressing any type of discontentment -Management breaking company policies/rules to meet deadlines and store volumes -No inclusiveness when is comes to Team Members and management -Constantly leading employee to believe they will be rewarded with promotion by working harder -Rare growth with in company
