Horrible pay, insurance, trucks violate osha, fda and dol guidelines, its almost like a death trap unloading them, poor management, insane workload your gonna be doing 3+ peoples jobs for min wage. Old equipment thats strainous to use. If you have injuries and disabilities get ready to have them get worse, target does not care about your or their guests health and safety. Im tempted to sell my house and car and everything and live in the woods with nothing, id be happier.

Training is non existent, very hostile coworkers who are NOT friendly. If you don’t speak Spanish you’ll have a hard time. You get very excluded. Management isn’t very friendly, you will never get appreciated for your hard work. They make demands without basic etiquette, it really wears down your spirit. There’s also no work life balance, they will work you to the point of exhaustion without reducing your hours and ignoring your request to lower them.
