Pros

great team environment, great training, team members look out for each other, management willing to work around your schedule, communication between team members and executives is constantly present. fun events at huddles, treats in the breakroom, great discounts- fitness memberships, apple and dell computers, cell phone contract discounts, travel discounts, etc... i really enjoy working there, despite some issues

Cons

i got a decent raise my first year. my second year, my department's ETL quit and so an exec who was subbing in from another store (who I only worked with twice) wrote my review. my raise was significantly lower than the first year, and it was extremely unfair because other team leads constantly rewarded me for my performance. management will skimp on hours for payroll, leaving team members on the floor running around trying to be in five places at once- and some managers basically expect you to be able to complete multiple, impossible tasks all at once. usually hard to get more hours unless someone is willing to give his/hers up. Execs have a hire turn-over rate, and I've seen at least three in my store get fired, or quit because they couldn't handle the stress. it was a pattern- the store manager needed to blame someone for all of the store's shortcomings and usually placed all the blame on one person's shoulders, he'd fire one exec, and then move on and start placing the blame on another exec, until that one quit...and so on. I was actually advised by team leads AND Execs not pursue advancement with the company, but it may just be my store manager causing those issues within. oh, and I forgot to mention... only a 10% discount? please.
