Pros

when compared with other retail giants, Target may be the better of them to work for. You are allowed to work every other weekend. You receive a benefit of 10% off everything in the store.

Cons

As an executive, you don't punch in & out of work, and Target likes to use you as free payroll to do hourly team member tasks. No overtime is paid, and there is little recognition for any work done by executives.

Pros

Hours are pretty consistent as long as you are doing a good job. Would recommend getting cross trained in different areas so you can always pick up extra hours if you need to in other departments.

Cons

Pay is just decent but not that great, but not too bad for working in retail. Not bad for night or college student job.

Pros

As an intern, you get a competitive intern pay, $14hr, flexible schedules, great work life balance, and awesome support.

Cons

Once you switch to salaried employee, you sign your life away. You get no work/life balance, easily pushing 60 hours a week. You become a slave to the district management and have to deal with co-workers who do not have a bachelors degree. After switching to full-time, I quit like most recent graduates. Run!!!!!!!!
