Pros

At least it's a job with a paycheck. The other employees that work there are ok as well.

Cons

Benifits are NOT good at all, you work for WAY too little for what they ask you to do. Depending on the store's sales, you probably will not get the hours you want to work.

Pros

Target is a fast-paced, guest-focused, environment. This is definitely a job for people who like driving change and leading small teams.

Cons

Work-life balance is pretty much non-existent, though the company continues to stress its importance. The company slashed payroll so much this summer that Executive Team Leaders are working 55-60+ hours/week. I hope I am not around to see what that will look like in 4th quarter. Managers give review scores with arbitrary, immeasurable details and do not weigh enough on the actual financial results.
