Pros

Pretty good benefits and not very expensive. A fun atmosphere at most store locations. Open door policy makes it easy to approach all management for any reason. Lots of recognition. Usually accomodating for time off if needed.

Cons

Horrible pay particularly for specialty positions. Too much micro-management. Family friendly hours do not exist especially if you want to advance or get a decent amount of hours. Discount is pretty terrible and the guidelines are even worse. Advancement is difficult and lengthy to achieve. Benefits do not cover spouses until you have been employed for two years.
