Pros

Target pays pretty well and gives its employees a store discount. They were also pretty liberal about employees wanting overtime, at least on the flow team.

Cons

-there was a lack of communication between the manager and the employees -the training program for new recruits is definitely lacking -managers have little respect for those who work below them -there was a lot of actions based on politics and getting ahead

Pros

Target is a very young company. The energy and enthusiasm downtown are very motivating.

Cons

Target can be a very political place when looking for new positions within the company. It's all about who you know. Don't get stuck at north campus. Some recruiters aren't very good at communicating with potential new hires.
