Pros

I really enjoy some of peers, I appreciate daily pay whenever I randomly need to use. My Hr is kind.

Cons

Management feels like they are above you in many ways. Lack of team members when things get busy and then receive barely any help when you need hurts you and its draining. the lack of communication whenever we have a big visit from our district manager is overwhelming when pressured to make everything look pretty and then get upset when things aren't done as if its our fault that things don't look nice at the last minute. Lack of communication and empathy is what causes a drift.

Pros

Get way to get experience for your first job and developed key skills like communication, teamwork, and leadership. Role is flexible with hours but are eligible for benefits if working a minimum of 25 hours average.

Cons

Not enough hours sometimes for a full time job. Not ideal consistent scheduled work shifts (but I understand because it’s retail) No bonuses unless you are the top of the store. There may be some politics involved when it comes to advancement.

Pros

Target is a great place to work at. The people and culture are amazing especially for a large company. You will find people to connect with from all over.

Cons

Pay could be a little better
