Pros

Flexible scheduling for students or part-time workers, employee discount, and opportunities to learn customer service, stocking, cashiering, and teamwork. Fast-paced environment can make shifts go by quickly. Management can be supportive depending on the store, and there may be opportunities for promotion into team lead or specialty roles.

Cons

Pay may feel low compared with workload expectations. Shifts can be understaffed, especially during holidays or weekends, leading to stress and heavy multitasking. Customers can be difficult at times. Scheduling consistency varies by location, and hours may be reduced during slower seasons. Performance expectations can be high for the staffing levels provided.

Pros

Easy hiring and on-boarding process. Flexible work schedule. Great pay. People are fun to work with.

Cons

I can't think of any other than the fact that I had a very small fraction of a raise this year but I haven't worked for the company for a full year yet so that could explain it.
