Pros

Application to first day of work was 10 days. Target locations are plentiful, so moving isn't an issue. Pay is slightly above minimum wage.

Cons

Retribution: after an "anonymous" survey, I was dropped off the schedule for a week. Promotions are limited and typically given to pet favorites, not based on performance and potential. Different teams are pitted against each other so managers can escape blame, ie inbound finished unloading late so they couldn't stock the floor, while ignoring a misstep in scheduling 3 people less They refuse to learn from mistakes or poor practices. HR is aloof, although HR ETL did make appropriate attempts to solve issues, other ETLs wouldn't communicate problems. If you become good at a job, you'll never promote. TLs is just a title to get more money, they do little more than unlock/lock doors when ETL don't want to come in early or leave late. Training is abhorrent, all online power point style. DEI is far more important than anything else, if you don't belong to a group then forget promotions.
