Pros
- Coworkers are usually overall great people and great at their jobs - You can always ask for help and there are no stupid questions - There is a lot of teamwork atmosphere, everyone on the floor works hard and together to get things done
Cons
- Blatant favoritism from management in regard to career growth opportunities and general tone toward coworkers - Management frequently ignores the scheduling needs of employees and that of the store (skeleton crew during busiest hours yet plenty of employees working during the slowest times of the day/week) - Over the past year I've watched the store go from supportive of each other between roles to the floor team having to look out for ourselves and do our best to keep management from having a public tantrum in front of guests
