Poor work life balance coupled with uneven distribution of workloads means that everyone’s experience in this role is different. Management is responsible for the individual success of analysts and most managers do not have adequate experience and/or are motivated by their own desires success that they are not capable of supporting analysts to the extent that they are expected.
