Requires high levels of multi-tasking, problem-solving, and social skills, especially when working directly with guests

Pros

Regular pay bumps based on performance. Flexible scheduling for employees that were also students. Small format allowed me to be trained for every department.

Cons

Harder to have them look at your application than Harvard. Working at larger format stores can be soul-sucking (especially at the registers).
