Pros

Fantastic company culture. Techs commitment to diversity and inclusion. Early tech talent program. Demo days are a great way to network and learn about other teams of Target. Flexible work hours. Comfortable taking sick days. Hybrid/remote work. Benefits, 401 match. Volunteer organizations. Social coworkers, happy hours.

Cons

Peak season and on call. Salary. Would like to see more diverse representation in at all levels such as engineering management and principal/lead engineers. Promo process is tedious and dependent on your org/management.
