Pros

- Company management and leaders are extremely employee-centric. - During the pandemic, went the extra mile to ensure employees received necessities, vouchers, and hampers to keep the spirits of the team-high. - Vocally appreciate the efforts of team members, extremely friendly environment.

Cons

- From a long-term perspective, growth is a little slow as the number of openings at higher levels is less. - In the case of global teams, working hours may extend till late evening.

Job security, growth opportunities, stable income. Culture and depends on team and division of the company, its a hit or miss.

Cons

The expectation is to work early mornings, nights, and weekends. Must be available at all times for production issues. Very few people take vacation.
