Pros

- Good hourly pay - You meet a lot of cool people - It's clean

Cons

- Hours aren't ever consistent - Many of the ETL's and TL's at my store were not competent enough to do their jobs, they're often immature and unapproachable. They will make up any excuse when they mess up - They're extremely weird when team members want to team up and complete a task together (unless they like you) - Lots of favoritism

Pros

My managers were always awesome to me and the co-workers and I got a long very well with one another, it was something that I enjoy going to most of the time.

Cons

The job can be pretty stressful as it is retail and is dependent on how other customers are and how your co-workers do their job, because if they don't do anything when you aren't there, then it will suck for you when you show up .
