Pros

The team was really knowledgeable and working with them really helped me learn in a year 5 years worth of skills. Interesting projects to work on

Cons

Not a ton of hands-on development, really just let you go on projects and gives guidance along the way. Hustle culture, everyone works all the time, if you are expecting a 40-hour a week job this ain't it.

Pros

Good benefits package, fun team bonding experiences, strong growth and mobility Every day working for TargetPath is different. Projects are ever-changing, but it keeps me feeling sharp and excited to come to work every day. The team that works here comes in with a shared mindset of helping our clients to succeed and has become a second family to me. I feel like the team is always looking to help me advance in my career. A great company culture around celebrating wins is always encouraged as well.

Depending on your position, some times of the year are busier than others, which is fairly typical
