Exciting and fast paced, TargetPath is like living on the show Shark Tank at times. We work with up and coming entrepreneurs and companies that are looking for rapid growth and we help them achieve these goals in an accelerated manner. We focus everywhere from strategic planning to marketing, product development and logistics planning to name a few. It all depends on the client's needs. TargetPath takes ample time to assess your career goals and they remain focused on making sure you are getting as much out of work as work is getting out of you. We are small enough to feel like a family, but large enough to offer amazing benefits and stability. The team plays as hard as they work as well, so bring your A game.
Cons
More of a challenge than a "con" - you must be self motivated. There is not time for you to wait around for someone to tell you what to do each day. The team functions at a high level because we are empowered to make decisions and act on them, so be ready to dive in and see direct results from your actions!
