      Pros

      It's a paycheck. The company says they respect and appreciate employees. The ability to work from home or as a hybrid is helpful for people with families. People are nice.

      Cons

      There are a lot of layers of management to navigate, which sometimes leads to directions that ignore the expertise provided. Pay and raises could be better. There's little opportunity to advance within a career--you better like the job you have. Not a big deal, but getting paid twice a month rather than every two weeks can put a strain on a budget. There are no Christmas bonuses.
