6yWe are disappointed to hear you had an experience that seems to be contrary to the core values we esteem (Committed, Caring, Creative and Collaborative). While there isn't any wholesale "house cleaning" happening, we are continually reviewing individual performance and supporting leaders where development is needed. As a whole, Tarkett N.A. is focused and intent on developing internally and hiring talent who demonstrate leadership that is inspiring, accomplished and focused on leading by example (i.e. servant leadership).
We agree with you that "good old boy" style of leadership is not inclusive or desireable. We are excited about the leaders coming into our company and offer many avenues for our leaders to develop through direct feedback (including employee surveying, new manager assimilation training, focus groups, skip-level meetings, 360 Feedback and other organizational development tools and principles).
