      Pros

      You can count on having a steady paycheck and you don't have to worry about losing your job based on performance.

      Cons

      Leadership changes priorities like the wind changes direction. Overreacting, no planning and zero vision define Tarkett. The company has lost all it's veteran staff and expertise over the last few years. Executive positions and technical positions are now a revolving door.
