When acquisitions occur, it often takes years to fully transition, leveraging the best attributes of the former company while integrating into a new company. We rely on all Tarkett employees, whether directly hired or joining us by acquisition, to provide input and honest dialogue, even when it constructively challenges us. We aspire to respect the history of great companies that have joined us while united all under the umbrella of "One Tarkett." We still go through growing pains as we are continually shaping a culture and team that is high performing, inclusive, respectful and agile (as you mentioned, not all things can be "textbook").
