Thank you for your feedback. Since the time of your review, several initiatives and resources have been implemented to support leadership development throughout Tarkett North America. In 2019 we implemented Inside/Out Coaching for a unique, but easy, problem solving tool that helps leaders navigate discussions for goal development, action planning, difficult conversations and performance dialogue. We also provided voluntary BetterUp tools for senior leaders that provides coaching and virtual resources for professional and leadership competency development. This is in addition to pre-existing tools we leverage for leader development (i.e. 360 assessments and other Org Development resources). Our focus has shifted somewhat to emphasize that professional development is an employee-driven initiative. As the leader desires to improve, we reinforce they are responsible for driving the discussion forward with their next level leader. We each own our own career in that regard. Our Learning and Development (L and D) team grew in 2019 and created new program and training resources for Sales and Product Management, while the Talent Management function supported the broader Sales team development by identifying Account Executive profiles that are the "winning" competencies each team member is able to align to to maximize success in the roles. The L and D team is continually updating tools and offerings as well. There are other tools and avenues of development we did not list here. Please reach out to your local Learning and Development team member or HR partner if there are resources or support you'd like to see or need for your own development.
