      Plenty of Work. Growing Market Share against disjointed competition. Rising sales and profitability.

      Cons

      Growing the balance sheet, year of year is top priority. People matter little, unless you are connected to senior management. Opaque Management. Weak controls on finances and MIS. Nepotism. Tyranny on the shop floor. Back stabbing office culture.

      Pros

      Location, steady paycheck, no local tax deducted, medical insurance is not very good.

      Cons

      Bad leadership, very unprofessional at ALL levels. They will lie to you. Very hostile (us against them) environment with the workforce, and it is perpetuated by management. Stay away! Previous Johnsonite was bought by Tarkett for the brand only, possible closure in the future.
