Pros

Pay is good. Some of the people will help. They let radios back on floor. Although some people abuse it.

Cons

No one cares. Supervisors have no leadership and are just glorified babysitters. New management is a huge let down. Quality has taken a nose dive. HR is nonexistent. Work too many hours. Not enough people.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Inept supervisors. Taking time off for doctor's appointments frowned upon and you'll have double the work if you are out of the office for any reason, including vacation. No sick time, just PTO. They preach inclusion, however, that does not include those who suggest ideas to improve the way things are done. I was once told my suggestion could not be implemented because the way they were doing it was the way it had always been done. Seriously? If you have an open mind, are intelligent, work hard, don't bother. You will be excluded from the "team".
