Management is horrible. Team leads are scared and try to suck up to other management. Would not recommend working here

Company car, freedom to control your own destiny, great benefits.

Cons

No communication, your territory and commission rate are subject to change at any time and you will find out 3 days before it goes into effect. The left hand doesn't relay what the right is doing. If you hear the term "we will make you whole" then run because it will never happen. Everything is done at the last minute and product launches are always a mess
