      Pros

      Stable job...company car. From what I hear the company has become better and has some fresh management where some of the stagnant one left.

      Cons

      At the time I was employed many managers there were young ego freaks. You honestly knew more then them. The other downfall was the leadership in general was unstable. This is a big company with different divisions which can be puzzling at times.

      Great team at Tandus Centiva, it is like a family there.

      Cons

      Tarkett definitely has their pros, but there are a lot of managers and no direction. There were a lot of changes in little time.
